RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

If you plan to return or exchange an item, you must contact Olsenhaus via Email prior to shipping at: sales@olsenhaus.com

Once you have received confirmation of your intent to return/exchange, item(s) must be in original unopened packaging and in resalable condition .Items must be returned within 7 days of approval of return.
Olsenhaus will not exchange or issue a full refund for used or damaged items caused by the negligence of the consumer or normal wear and tear usage.

Olsenhaus will process exchanges/refunds after the product is returned in original condition. Instructions should be included to indicate if an exchange or refund is desired (i.e. shoe size).
